Delivering On Promises.
ABOUT US
Your Satisfaction is Our Success
Lopez Quality Remodels is a licensed and insured General Contracting firm specializing in residential remodeling, additions, and custom construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Every aspect of the construction process is overseen and coordinated—from planning and permitting to scheduling trades, quality control, and project completion. Our network of experienced professionals ensures each project is completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.
Our process is built to ensure work does not live in one person's head. That is how quality holds when the company grows.
You will never be promised a date or a price we cannot defend. Extras will not be left as a handshake. A room will not be called complete while punch items are still open. If that is how you want your house handled, request a visit.
